Job Summary

Java backend architect:

Must have built commercial applications using the Java set of technologies focused on the backend. Passionate developer and great communicator with interest to be engaged in a long term effort.

Responsibilities and Duties

The right candidate will be a self starter who works well remotely and independently. This person may be asked to manage others on the team. Must be able to properly architect a commercial application and be accepting of input from others.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Linux esp Ubuntu
• AWS tech stack. Dynamodb, SQS, Elasticache
• Hibernate dB
• Java class design expert
• Knowledgeable about security protocols including encryption and TLS
• Has solved significant business problems
• May be asked to lead other developers
