Java Developer

Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Must be proficient in Java
• Must have proficient SQL programming knowledge
• Must have experience working with Restful Web Services
• Must have database experience (SQL Server, Oracle or other)
• Must be able to interface with databases using Java code
• Testing experience with Junit
• Experience with Hibernate or similar object – relational mapping tool
• Good communication skills
• BS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

Basic Qualifications

• Build data access functions in Java
• Integrate new data review workflows into existing L2 review eTask
• Make changes to trigger data persistence L2 data review eTask acceptance
• Create data model/tables and persistence logic in the new datastore
• Add tableau reports to visualize data
• Create code to retrieve data from the new data store to be sent to PWM
• Setup Procmon to send feed to PWM every business day
• Write JUnit tests to test all Java code changes
• Create test plans, and perform end – to – end testing of the new functionality

Preferred Qualifications

• Front – End experience is a plus
