The State of Georgia IES project is looking to ramp up a team of 15 Java Developers (requirement is below). Based as one of the better performers on Georgia IES Java needs, we would like to invite you be a part of a limited supply chain, 3-5 vendors, who will have the opportunity to fill these spots.

Based on the above, and skill set requirements, can you commitment to being able to deliver 5-8 resources in the next 2-3 weeks (have contractors on the ground):

Please be advised, the project will select the best contractors for their needs, which means if your firm is selected to provide candidates, we might select all 15 from your firm, or we might select none. Project is scheduled to go through the end of July, with possible extension for M&O work through end of the year.

REQUIREMENT

Title/Role: Developer

Required Skills:
” Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

” Developing and maintaining server-side web application development components.

” Professional software development experience

” Solid understanding of OO programming concepts

” Expertise in design and development of J2EE components and API’s

” Expert programming skills in Java & shell scripting

” Expertise implementing various design patterns like MVC, Singleton, Factory, Data Access Object patterns

” Demonstrated ability to design, program, test, and deploy complicated integration software

” Oracle SQL & PL/SQL experience

” Expertise in optimization techniques and refactoring
