What is this position all about?

We are looking for a responsible, motivated IT Technician to help us execute our mission as a not for profit financial cooperative. Come be a part of the Financial Center Credit Union team.

IT Technician’s provide hardware, software, and communication support to maintain the efficiency and security of the computer systems installed. The position covers all technical assistance to staff in support of the credit union’s mission and goals. Successful candidate will be detail orientated, possess excellent time management, analytical and communication skills.

What would you do?

• Run daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual jobs/reports
• Provide technical assistance on hardware, software, or communications problems encountered by staff
• Research, modify, test, and install hardware and software additions or replacements
• Monitor and make system updates/modifications for the credit union’s computer systems
• Monitor system security and protocols in place
• Consistently contribute to the team and achievement of credit union goals and objectives

What are the core qualifications?

• Six months to two years of similar or related experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to achieve individual and team goals
