IT Technician

ur busy office currently has an opportunity for multiple position, enter level and manager positions for professional and experienced individual to fill the role of IT Technician. In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of customers computer workstations and associated software. The IT Technician will also be the main point of contact for customers who are experiencing computer issues. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join an established organization with room for personal growth.

Assist customers with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software. Offer daily operations and systems support to customers. Verify functionality of hardware and software components. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone. Assist customers with computer problems and answer their questions. Configure and maintain backup operations. Sale of computer hardware and software. Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $25.00 /hour

Experience:
