IT Technician

Position Summary:

This position provide staging, configuration and bench repairs of specific CVS store hardware plus maintain accurate asset tracking records in CVS inventory system. This position will also refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.

Duties:

Administer asset tracking using CVS software systems. Provide staging, configuration and bench repairs of specific CVS store hardware. Process all applicable warranty claims. Accurately record all production details and inventory movements. Provide phone support and training to FTS technicians. Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment. Q/A all closed and relocated store equipment.

Experience:

A+ Certification and technical training preferred 2 year technical school and/or experience, preferred Technical people in this level are expected to move up to the next level within 6 to 9 months Administrative computer skills, Word, Excel and Access also preferred
