IT Technician

Responsibilities:
Principal Duties and Accountabilities (*Essential Functions)

Support end users internally and externally

Support software and hardware of the end users

Communicates clearly both verbally and in writing.

Under supervision, performs work that is varied, but involves limited responsibility.

Qualifications:
Qualifications, Educational Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field (such as Computer Programming or MIS) or equivalent experience is required.

Good Phone Skills

Good people skills

Solid working knowledge of personal computers including Windows XP and Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, Excel, Access, etc.
