IT Technical Support

National Trade Productions, Inc., a leader in the trade show industry located in Alexandria, Virginia, is looking for a talented, part-time technician to support its IT department.

As technician you will be responsible for the following:

· Basic desktop support including new system setup and general network administration

· Configuring systems, accounts, and access for employees using Active Directory

· Providing support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and virtual servers running systems; Exchange or the VoIP phone system

· Creating administrative reports with clear, concise documentation

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a general understanding of emerging IT security and controls. 1-2 years experience and familiarity with Active Directory and Exchange is a plus.
