Idaho Transportation Department has an immediate opening for a full time IT Systems Integration Analyst, Senior in the Enterprise Technology Services at the headquarters office in Boise. This is a challenging career opportunity for a highly trained, seasoned, and motivated professional. The IT Systems Integration Analyst Senior is responsible for developing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining complex integrated solutions typically involving more than one client and using multiple technologies, platforms, and interfaces. The incumbent will also maintain and support existing software applications that are used by various ITD business areas and provide leadership and guidance to other developers regarding ITD development practices and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide team leadership identifying customer needs, resolving business and technical system problems, and designing and implementing new systems;
• Develop and review use cases, define requirements, document departmental best practices and standards;
• Develop and maintain plugins for Microsoft Dynamic CRM.
  
• Develop and maintain APIs for systems to interact with Microsoft Dynamic CRM.
• Provide front-end development capabilities for Microsoft Dynamic CRM.
  
• Perform unit testing, Integration testing, and user acceptance testing prior to deploying into production;
  
• Work with and coordinate tasks through ITD’s Enterprise Technology services (ETS) group.
  

Minimum Qualifications:


• Professional experience researching, designing and installing a new or enhanced complex integrated system, which included multiple technologies and platforms and the resolution of conflicting goals;
  
• Professional experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and resolving complex multi-architecture and applications software problems.
  

Preferred Qualifications:


• Ability to identify business rules and solutions from Business requirements;
  
• Experience with Object Oriented Programming, Service Oriented Architecture and structured Common Object Models;
  
• Experience developing web-based ASP.NET applications integrated with Microsoft SQL;
  
• Experience configuring Microsoft Dynamic CRM based on meeting defined business objectives;
  
• Experience developing plugins for Microsoft Dynamic CRM to meet defined business objectives;
  
• Experience developing and utilizing APIs for systems to interact with Microsoft Dynamic CRM;
  
• Demonstrated ability to map business requirements, Use Cases and User Stories into discreet work items.
  
• Execution of the project must be in conformance with ITD practices and standards using a modified Agile/Scrum/Waterfall process. Therefore, specific experience executing software projects with:
  
• Team Foundation Server
  
• Visual Studio
  
• C# programming language
  
• SSRS and SSIS
  
• And, at least one of the following:
  
• MVC4 browser-based Applications
  
• Winform based applications
