IT Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

IT Systems Analyst Greenville, SC

Plans, coordinates and monitors functional and technical efforts required to support manufacturing centric applications and related projects. This position typically works under general supervision and direction.

• Provides application support for all company software including Epicor ERP
• Participates in user support and hardware and network issues with other IT personnel
• Assists with the development/enhancement of manufacturing related software
• Assists with developing better business processes as they relate to systems
• Creates internal and end user documentation
• Creates and delivers end user training

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Manufacturing experience (3-5 years)
• Manufacturing Systems experience (3-5 years)
• ERP support experience (3-5 years)
• Report Writing experience (3-5 years)

Desired Skills:

• Epicor 10 ERP experience
• MS SQL Administration/Query experience
• Windows Server Administration
• Network experience
• SSRS and/or Crystal Reports Experience
• .NET experience
