Primary duties include:
Assist with complex issues and act as an escalation point for Tier 1 engineers

On-premises and Cloud support services

Provide tier 2 support for systems and network issues

Ensuring accurate and timely resolution of assigned issues

Proper training and documentation of issues

Providing onsite support for clients as needed

Participate in managed services offerings and help with new offering and service launches

Provide on-call support for weekends and after hours including emergency services rotation

Requirements for this position:
3-5 years of server administration experience in Windows OS (2008 – 2012r2)

Basic hands-on experience with network devices/firewalls/routers/switches

Intermediate to advanced level Active Directory knowledge

Intermediate to advanced level DNS knowledge

Intermediate to advanced level Exchange 2010 or 2013 knowledge

Experience with Hyper-V

Exposure to backup technologies

Have the ability to learn new technologies

Open to being on call for weekends and after hours

Successful at working in a team culture

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Possess valid and clear driver’s license

Additional preferred requirements for this position:
Knowledge in Linux

Intermediate PowerShell and Scripting skills

Exposure to VMWare

Experience with O365 Support
