IT Support Technician

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Installs and troubleshoots PC software, printers, drivers, IP, faxes, and network cabling.
• Responds to customerclient questions by email, in-person, or over the telephone.
• Assists customers in obtaining hardware repairs or completing repairs directly.
• Installs and configures new desktop systems. Ensures user requirements are met with regards to applications installed.
• Develops or maintains reference material for in house and customers.

Desired Skills

• Experience in LAN/PC/Server support.
• Basic understanding of server and virtual server environment.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task several projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and within teams
• Well organized
• Good written and verbal communication skills
