IT Support / Customer Support

• Respond to incoming customer support requests via phone or email.
• Provide technical and non-technical product support to customers.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage an open case load while being responsive to new customer inquiries.
• Build computers, program servers with Microsoft Products.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Two years’ experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server preferred.
• Experience with ConnectWise, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Program servers with Microsoft Office products.
• Computer building experience preferred.
• General networking and basic computer programming experience.
• Ability to multi-task; strong analytical, prioritization, time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Excellent customer interaction skills; handle and diffuse challenging situations.

Digital Systems Installation is a private company that sells and installs networking systems to include Cameras, Door Access, Fiber Optics and Data Servers. Majority of the work DSI does is commercial work nationally. Health, Dental, Vision Benefits and paid Holidays available after 60 days of employment with DSI.
