are seeking a IT/ Desktop Support resource

Required
Skills:

• Provide
  desk side technical support for internal Accenture employees using Windows and
  Mac laptops. Assist with new laptop imaging, setup/configuration. Ensure proper
  documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all
  incidents.
• Provide
  deskside IT support for internal Accenture employees using Windows based
  laptops. (1-5 years’ experience)
• Assist
  with new laptop imaging, setup/configuration. (1-5 years’ experience)
• Provide
  MAC support (1-5 years’ experience)
• Repair
  laptops (1-5 years’ experience)
• Unbox
  and setup new laptops
• Hardware
  and software troubleshooting
• Strong
  customer Service
• Organized
• Ability
  to multi-task
• Strong
  oral and written communication
