As IT Support, you strive to resolve complex issues in a timely manner. You are comfortable working through routine as well as unfamiliar issues. You work well in a team environment, but also independently. You know how to set the bar high and not only achieve that goal yourself – but bring others along with you. RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of a dynamic, growing and energized team – and your role is key to the success of ECS. While your job duties may fluctuate day to day, here are some areas we expect to see you proficient in:

  • Providing high quality 1st level desktop support services to remote end users
  • Troubleshooting and resolving end user computer software and hardware issues
  • Troubleshooting and resolving basic network connectivity issues
  • Developing advanced knowledge of applications
  • Participating in team meetings and project as a technical resource
  • Documenting outages and issues in applications
  • Following help desk processes and procedures
  • Assisting with various help desk projects
  • Testing hardware and software to evaluate ease of use for end users
  • Working in a ticket-based environment
  • Writing and/or reviewing user training manuals and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

If you can accomplish the above, your boots are probably ready for walking right into this role. Realistically though, you need the following to be considered:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; recent AS/BS Computer Science graduates preferred
  • 0-2 years of related experience
