Job Description:
Advanced experience in Windows 2008/7 and newer (Linux a plus)

Group Policy and Active Directory security configuration

TCP/IP, IP Subnetting and DNS

administration, implementation, improvement, and monitoring of information systems security systems, standards, best practices, and architectures

Develop solutions and processes to address security threats and risks

Maintain: anti-malware, disk encryption; spam filtering; DLP; vulnerability scanning; TLS; etc.

Manage workstations by implementing upgrades, patches, updates and establish group policies and user rights

• Ensure proper backups procedures are in place and in use
• ProofPoint, Cylance, brand new firewalls hardware and software (CheckPoint). We have KnowBe4 to train users on phishing attempts. We earn an advanced security score of 780 from BitSIght.
• Familiarity with security and technology controls such as SANS, NIST, ISO, COBIT
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related discipline
• 3+ years of recent experience in implementing information systems and technologies with a focus on security management for multiple platforms, operating systems, and software platforms
• Information Security related certification (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM, GSEC, SSCP, CSTA) or ability to obtain one a plus
