IT Project Manager (XW)

Job Location: Lehi, Utah

Duties: Lead team of system and database administrators to deliver high availability systems, and develop and

oversee project scope, project plans, and requirements using knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technology

domain including SAN, backups, Windows, Unix/Linux, DBMS, and virtualization as mission critical

infrastructure, migrating workloads to cloud computing vendors. Perform feasibility analysis, estimation,

requirements analysis, business processing mapping and analysis, high level design and solution design,

schedule and task tracking. Ensures deliverables across engineering teams are high quality and clearly documented. Apply knowledge of

databases, web and application servers, virtualization, networking, storage and the how these function in a

highly scalable, highly available environment. Manage Project Documentation, Quality Assurance, Testing,

Status Reporting, Risks, Issues, and Change Controls in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.

Leverage ITIL problem management and incident management process to review production issue analysis and

fixes, interface with customer to clarify issues and ensures timely closure. Train team members on project

management and ITIL process and provides tips on process tailoring.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 5

years of experience in IT production support utilizing Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

processes, problem management, change management, and incident management, 2 years of which is required

in IT operation support in a lead role of designing and implementing enterprise level ITIL processes and in IT

industry, designing and implementing databases, web and application servers, virtualization, networking,

storage and highly scalable function/available environment, and in a leadership role of coordinating and

implementing a high availability platform. 3 years of experience in project management in a MNC (multinational

company) working with Agile/Lean principles and practices and which included project execution and

management tools: JIRA, Rally and Clarity, and with ITIL tool Service now. 3 years of programming experience

with RDMS Database (Oracle, SQL and Teradata) and No SQL. PMP (Project Management Professional) or

CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification required.
