IT Process Analyst

This position supports the Systems and Networking Group, within the Information Technology division. The IT Process Analyst will work within the Enterprise and IT organization to enhance the IT control environment based on industry and corporate standards. The candidate will contribute to a wide range of IT activities related to IT control, policy and process design and assessment to support audit readiness.

Job responsibilities:
Evaluate and document IT risk, controls, processes and issues based on Corporate and IT audit guidelines and best practices

Manage internal, external and security audits for the IT environment

Provide support for IT security initiatives and audits

Document IT standards, processes and procedures

Manage client due diligence requests by completing request for proposals, security questionnaires and addressing client vendor assessment inquiries

Facilitate on-site client due diligence reviews with the client relationship manager

Track and manage IT audit and vendor assessment issues through resolution

Document, manage and report on IT incidents

Maintain IT Disaster recovery plans and complete DR testing

Position interfaces with:
Information Technology and Security organization

Enterprise departments such as Compliance, BCP, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.

Internal and external auditors

Third party vendors

Client vendor auditors

Required skills

Bachelor’s degree; minimum 2 years’ experience in IT Governance and/or IT Risk.

Strong understanding of IT processes and internal control frameworks and audit guidelines (CobIT, ISO, COSO, SOC, etc.)

Excellent verbal and written communications

Ability to communicate complex IT processes in straight-forward manner to different audiences

Ability to work with other Envestnet departments toward common goals and objectives

Ability to correlate industry standards to IT processes as implemented at Envestnet

Proficient at evaluating and documenting control processes
