IT Junior Administrator

TopLine Federal Credit Union is looking for a new IT Junior Administrator to join our Corporate team! This position is full time and will work 40 hours per week.

What does our IT Junior Administrator do?

• Screens, refers, and diagnoses inquires and work requests from users as they relate to maintenance of end user systems

• Installs, configures, and upgrades computer hardware and software

• Provides end-user software troubleshooting and support

• Applies advanced diagnostics techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions

• Participates in the administration of e-mail systems, ticketing systems, and patching systems

• Provides phone and help-desk support for local and off-site users

• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned

• Participates in special projects as assigned

What skills do we look for in an IT Junior Administrator?

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Experience with Active Directory administration.

• New Hire/Termination processing experience.

• IT troubleshooting knowledge and experience.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high degree of accuracy.

• Ability to research information, assimilate it, and explain it to people with differing levels of IT knowledge.

• Possess and show excellent problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills

• Establish and maintain professional working relationships with employees, partners, and customers

• Have flexibility in scheduling.

What does it take to be a successful IT Junior Administrator?

• A minimum of a 2 year technical degree.

• 2 years related work experience.

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
