Position Summary:

  • Provide 1st level technical support and problem resolution via the phone or remote desktop support tools to the firm’s employees.
  • Troubleshooting issues with all enterprise technology and applications, responding promptly to client’s needs and service requests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working on a HelpDesk providing 1st level support.
  • Understanding of Microsoft networking concepts and TCP/IP.
  • Experience with the following: Windows 7/10, Office 2016/12/10, Adobe Professional 10 * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent follow through, attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Actively pursuing a BS/BA Degree and technical certifications.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1st level technical support and problem resolution for applications, servers, desktops, printers, copiers and providing IT support during non-business hours.

2. Manages the Cisco and Windows technology within the video conference rooms for internal and external meetings.

3. Maintains and supports the firms’ Active Sync mobile devices.

4. Assists in maintaining an accurate inventory of technology assets and technology related components for the purpose of cost control, efficient operation, and support of the technology infrastructure.

5. Manages Active Directory user accounts and assigns user access rights to various network groups and directories.

6. Supports the Cisco telephone systems.

Job Type: Internship

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour
