IT Help Desk Technician

Rosewood Partners is looking for someone to join our team of IT Helpdesk agents. We support a client who has offices nation wide. We are looking for a customer minded individual who can quickly learn about our systems and strategies. Our Helpdesk is a tight-knit team that lift each other up and work together to accomplish goals.

Requirements:

*Work is on-site, not remotely done.

*At minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, although any college experience is highly desirable.

*Experience in an IT or Customer Service position strongly preferred.

*Excellent computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn multiple programs. General knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office applications is required. Certification is preferred.

*A strong work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

*Strong organizational skills. – MUST be able to multitask.

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills – spelling and grammar are a must!

*A positive attitude and desire to be successful.

*Availability to work later shifts/weekends.

*Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay starts off at $10/hour during training – once training is completed, pay will be re-evaluated based on experience.
