IT Business System Analyst

Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will concentrate on the functional needs in understanding the business system. As an SME they will be analyzing and evaluating the system/ creating and analyzing processes using cases, while providing high quality services to support business groups and IT development staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 or more years’ experience with direct hands-on IT Business Analysis
• SME (subject matter expert) with systems requirements and capabilities
• Experience working with business to gather functional requirements
• Experience working with developers to translate functional requirements into technical design
• Demonstrated proficiency supporting a variety of applications
• Consults on the integration of application systems, regarding operational and training implications
• Provides on-going project management and status reporting at various levels
• May perform various levels of application testing and ensure system produces correct results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide references of experience coordinating projects in a diverse, multi-affiliate setting.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP BIP & HANA.
