We are searching for a business-process-savvy IT professional, with an incredible passion for providing first class customer service. In this role, internal teams (spanning the entire organization) will be your collaborators as you support and implement technology solutions that run our business.

Your wealth of experience in developing & administering a wide range of applications in areas like CRM, social engagement, case management, digital asset management, analytics, EDI feeds, and more ensure we get the job done! While a lot of your work is behind the computer, you stay connected and plugged in to our business by consistently spending time with the team. Additionally, your strong foundation of project management and process mapping are major pillars of both your and Torani’s success. An agile change-agent, you get excited about ensuring that technology seamlessly adapts to needs of the business. AND, you simply relish the thought of toggling between the tactical, day-to-day and larger initiatives; all focused on arming the company with the right technology that breeds efficiency and supports the long term growth of the company. SUCCESS FACTORS (12-18 MONTHS):

Skilled Developer, Administrator, & Project Manager: You have mastered how to actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the user & customer experience. Interfacing directly with our team members, you will have sought the appropriate information on business process, and functional & technical specifications so that you are always focused on the right solution. Data migration, custom code, and integrations with CRM external systems have helped you bring our applications to life! With a strong project management mindset, you have effectively managed multiple work streams in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. Before launching projects, you will have created a thorough communication plan, stakeholders & project teams are in the loop; with this, the right people always have the right information, at the right time.
Applications Solutions Expert: For applications, you’ve shown you’re the "go to" for users, the promoter of adoption, trainer, and more! You have created simple & effective trainings for all of our applications, which helped our team make the best use of their technology. You developed and are managing our customer facing applications and our team is ecstatic about the way their technology makes it easier do their work. When new needs have surfaced, you’ve asked the right questions to understand the root cause of requests—all to ensure we have the right solutions in place.
Reporting, Analytics, and Data: You have equipped our team with the right information to make important business decisions. As a master at creating complex reports, mining for data, and producing analytics you’ve organized information in ways that’s easy for our team to digest. Our team will have sought you out for the way you’ve connected strategic initiatives to the data we have access to AND the value you’ve added to the business.
