IT Auxiliary Support

This position will provid technical services and support for the 1:1 help desks in secondary schools including but not limited to basic laptop repairs, software, and users. Work with technology services staff as needed on special projects or solutions/designs such as classroom setup, large software updates, maintenance and repairs of equipment and cleaning.

Qualifications

High School Diploma
Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
Prior experience with Windows PC software updates and repairs
Knowledge of PC’s and components, servers and components, PC-based productivity software, and communications networks
