IT Associate

Great part time position for candidates still in college

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

A. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
B. Respond to phone and email requests for technical support.
C. Document, track, and monitor IT related equipment.
D. Install/configure workstations according to company standards.
E. Perform necessary hardware/software repairs.
F. Data Entry

Additional Responsibilities
A. Assist Web Developer with web projects.
B. Assist Marketing Department to create marketing automation

Education and Experience

Position Requirements

• A B.A. in Computer Science or Information Technology
• A minimum 3.0 GPA is required for consideration.
• Knowledgeable in Windows environment
• Awareness of PC hardware components
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Experience

• E- Marketing
• CRM
• Salesforce
• Graphic design experience
• Adobe Photoshop/InDesign

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00 /hour
