IT Assistant

Responsible for helping with daily IT tasks including customer and employee support calls, setting up web users, hardware troubleshooting and maintenance, and other various IT tasks that can be trained. Must have experience in or have interest in learning basic HTML, CSS, and ASP coding.

Hardware knowledge required:

• Computer assembling, maintenance, and troubleshooting for desktops and laptops
• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
• Installing and configuring hardware peripherals, components, and drivers
• Installing software and applications to user standards
• Basic knowledge of printers, including installing them

Help desk experience helpful

Ability to multi-task and be proactive is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $10.00 to $13.00 /hour

Required education:

• High school or equivalent
