IT Analyst-Business Intelligence Analyst

Under general direction, responsible of coordinate with customers and business analysts to determine business data reporting and analysis requirements. Assist in business report generation to internal and external customers for business decision making. Support Database Administrators and Developers to build data warehousing systems for business intelligence, reporting and analytics. Assist in data administration, modelling and integration activities in data warehouse systems. Implement business intelligence solutions to achieve data reporting and analysis goals. Support the development of business intelligence standards to meet business goals. Responsibilities include:

Complex analysis, conceptualize, design, implement and develop solutions for critical BI components.

Dataflow, system and data analysis and develop meaningful and useful presentation of data in BI applications.

Work with the business units to identify new data requirements, analysis strategies and reporting mechanisms.

Design and generation of reports in timely and accurate manner.

Enhancements and modifications to optimize business intelligence processes.

Data analysis, design and development of new and ongoing business intelligence (BI) projects involving complex EDW structures OR on OLTP systems.

Work closely with internal and external teams to understand and apply changes/modifications impacting data warehouse.

ETL processes, system audits, dashboard reporting and presentation layer functioning and performance

Documentations for all business intelligence processes.

Pro-actively in resolution of issues as found

Tests and validate all data flows and prepare all ETL processes according to business requirements and incorporate all business requirements into all design specifications.

Position Requirements:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree required – Computer Science / Computer Information Systems.

Master’s Degree desirable – Computer Science / Computer Information Systems.

2+ years of prior Analyst with Business Intelligence and Data Base Administration.

Advance English language required.
