Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution. Works under the supervision of the IT Director, assisting users by providing support and troubleshooting issues.

  • Expert skill level with Microsoft Excel. Additionally, NET, C# and Angular JS programming experience needed.
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
  • Inform management of recurring problems
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Respond to inquiries/help desk tickets in a timely manner
  • Ability to walk users through problem-solving process
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Research questions using available information resources
  • Log all help desk interactions
