Investment Banking Analyst – Healthcare

Wedbush Securities is seeking candidates for an Investment Banking Analyst position in our San Francisco office.The position is within the Healthcare banking sector known as Wedbush PacGrow Healthcare.Wedbush is a full-service boutique investment bank with principal offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York and Boston.Main areas of focus are Equity Underwriting and M&A.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide transaction support to senior bankers on a broad range of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and valuations.

Manage several concurrent projects and work effectively as part of a team or individually

Prepare client presentations

Perform due diligence

Financial analysis and modeling

Assist in preparation of company marketing and transactions materials

Interact with clients during presentations and deal executions

Required Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics

Excellent PowerPoint skills and proficiency in Excel & Word

Internship or other past experience in Investment Banking preferred
