Investment Banking Analyst

We are seeking a top candidate to join the Industrial Technology Investment Banking team in our Greenwich office. The group delivers strategic and financial advice to emerging growth and mid-market companies and assists clients by providing advisory services in mergers and acquisitions, as well as financing services in debt, equity, and other capital raises. Team members bring years of industry experience in investment banking, capital markets, and C-level entrepreneurship and have established key relationships global corporations, business owners and investors that provide mission-critical, highly engineered, differentiated and intelligent hardware and software products and related services to factories, warehouses & distribution centers, buildings, and critical infrastructure & environmental assets.

Requirements:
Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Strong intellectual curiosity in the Industrial Technology sector
• Build financial analyses (financial models, valuation analyses, merger modeling, etc.)
• Conduct and prepare Industrial Technology industry trends and product research
• Drive business development process (including, but not limited to, prospective clients and conferences)
• Prepare live deal deliverables for client meetings and diligence processes
• Ability to articulate and coordinate discussions of ideas and conclusions to senior team members and management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3.5 GPA (No MBAs)
• Final year of study, or recent graduates only
• Prior investment banking, corporate finance experience at a leading technology firm, or accounting / transactional advisory services experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and effective communicator
• Strong quantitative, numerical, and analytical skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
