Lead F-35 Depot Kitting & Support representative will provide technical services of the supply operations supporting F-35 Depot Repair Kitting Support at NAS Jacksonville, Florida. These tasks include receiving and inventorying parts, building kits per BOM (Build of Material) and monitoring stock levels required to support Depot Repair Kitting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing the customer kit/parts status, assisting with part number/ National Stock Number verification, responding to customer requests for mission support, assisting with shelf life, ESD identification, organizational refusals and kit deliveries. Will direct the work of other FTO on-site representatives and be responsible for providing weekly status reports and timely notifications of any major or recurring problems to the FTO Program Manager. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently, must be a self-starter and possess strong leadership skills, and must be able to communicate effectively with peers, customers, and senior management. A U.S. Government Secret clearance is required to perform job duties.

Basic Qualifications

8 years of combined experience in supply chain management, material control, receiving, part inventory, monitoring stock, kit management and building kits per BOM (Build of Material) to support high volume depot operations.

– Warehouse set-up, maintenance and management/supervision experience required

-Inventory control and management experience required

-MS Power Point, Excel, Outlook and Word Computer skills

-Valid Driver’s License

-Existing interim or active Secret clearance

-Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations -FAR 52-245
