Inventory/Material 3

F-35 & C130 Depot Kitting. Support representative will provide technical services for the supply operations supporting Depot Repair Kitting Support at Warner Robins AFB, Georgia. These tasks include receiving and inventorying parts, building kits per BOM (Build of Material) and monitoring stock levels required to support Depot Repair Kitting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing the customer kit/parts status, assisting with part number/ National Stock Number verification, responding to customer requests for mission support, assisting with shelf life, ESD identification, and kit deliveries. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently, must be a self-starter and possess strong leadership skills, and must be able to communicate effectively with peers, customers, and senior management. Ability to obtain a Secret clearance needed to perform job duties.

Must be a US Citizen.

Must have Interim level or higher U.S. Government Secret clearance prior to start.

Valid Driver’s License

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk up to 9 hours/day. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Basic Qualifications:
5 years experience in supply chain management, material control, receiving, part inventory, monitoring stock, kit management and building kits per BOM (Build of Material) to support high volume depot operations.

SAP experience is a must.
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of weapon system support.

Project/process management

MS Office Access

Experience with FAR 52-245 inventory management practices

COMSEC experience is a plus
