Intraday Reconciliation Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile investment transactions using a state-of-the-art web-based system, enabling Clearwater to provide accurate and current investment data throughout the day
• Identify systemic trends and implement long term solutions to improve accuracy, consistency, efficiency, and automation
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with a client servicing team, custodians, and clients to accurately and efficiently address problems
• Implement solutions for new web-based feeds and enhancements to existing system
• Provide accurate estimates for when problems can be solved and communicate the problems clearly to system users

Requirements

• Strong problem solving and math skills; able to approach problems creatively
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to pick up new tasks quickly
• Understanding of FTP, SFTP, FTPS
• Understanding of web technologies including HTTP, HTML and AJAX
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Right to work in the U.S. without employment based sponsorship now or in the future

Desired Experience and Skills:

• SQL query writing skills
• Finance and/or accounting experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
