INTERNSHIP – Logistics/Operations

The Logistics Intern will be responsible for reviewing supply chain damages with the use of the damage tracking web site and SAP. With the data review the Logistics Intern will offer opportunities for improvement to minimize damages. This position requires an individual who has the ability to multi-task, be organized, work in a fast paced environment and who can communicate well through email and phone to ensure all information logged is accurate.


Essential Functions:

  • Work efficiently and accurately
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Data entry
  • Reviewing issues with co-packers and carriers via email and phone
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Interact with a multitude of internal areas including Transportation, Inventory Control, and Accounting.
  • Interact with a multitude of external customers including Carriers, Co-Pack facilities, Brokers, and Warehouse facilities.
  • Work independently and excellent time management
  • Utilizing SAP system on a daily basis
  • Other duties as assigned by Logistics Manager
