International Global Exchange Program Coordinator – Atlanta, Georgia – ATG

JOB SUMMARY :
Manages, administers, and coordinates Delta’s Global Exchange Program and manages all projects for international partners and investment airline HR plans.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

Plans, executes, and deploys Delta Global Exchange events.

Documents processes, sets up meetings and executes Delta’s Talent Council meetings, including talent management for international assignments and short-term rotations

Educates leaders and participants on the programs, policies, and events

Develops appropriate training and on-going reference material

Revises, maintains, and distributes ongoing communication materials

Maintains master list/matrix of all employees who have returned from an international assignment and pulls data for those interested in participating in an international assignment or rotation

Supports multiple divisions and client contacts

Partners with field HR leaders to coordinate and communicate program details and events

Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and helps drive change

help implements global solutions.

Develops a calendar of events for Delta’s Global Exchange

Conducts periodic audits of various aspects of the programs

Responds to questions and requests timely with outstanding customer service skills

Travel as required to adequately perform the duties of the position

Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operation processes and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree with a focus on International Relations, International Studies, or International Marketing preferred or equivalent and relevant work experience required.

Advanced degree a plus.

Minimum of 18-24 months relevant experience required.

International experience highly desired.

Experience working on process improvement projects or programs required.

Proven communication skills both oral and written required.

Must be able to commit to up to 50% travel and possibly more as the program is in development.

Fluency in English required; Knowledge of one or more additional languages, a plus.

Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to all levels of employees.

Ability to work with highly confidential information and issues.

Ability to review and analyze data, trends and issues to resolve challenges in a timely manner.

Ability to translate data into actionable information.

Ability to research issues and problems.

Should be results-oriented and be able to meet deadlines, focus on detail, and provide consistent follow through.

Must possess time management skills, multi-tasking skills, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Must be proficient in the use of all MS Office, including Access with advanced Excel skills.
