Department: Engineering

Mentor’s Title: Manager, Engineering

Start Date: ASAP

Position Description:
1. Develop test automation to functionally verify

software products.

2. Develop test plan and procedures for software

products.

3. Run test, document test results and file bugs into

tracking system

4. Collect, analyze and document test data using

Microsoft Excel and Word

5. Summarize test results, present findings and

interact with product development and production

groups

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate

degree program with 2nd year completed or graduate

student in an ABET accredited electrical engineering

program (Graduate student preferred)

• Programming in C, Junit, LabView, and a scripting

language such as (Python)

• Coding VBA in Microsoft Excel, hand tools and

machining equipment experience are desired

• Familiar with Ethernet networking, understand hubs,

switches and routers

• Familiar with CAN communication protocol desired
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and

interpersonal skills

Desired Major: Computer Engineering, Computer Science,

Electrical Engineering

Work Schedule: Flexible

To be eligible for an internship with Leviton, the

intern must be currently enrolled in an accredited

institution pursuing an Associates or higher degree at

the sophomore level or above.
