Intern

:

Assist the ITBN team with reporting needs, such as creating new reports or identifying innovative ways to display results for end users.

This is a paid internship.

Responsibilities:
Perform

trend analysis on call center statistics. Determine how call volume is impacted by population, industry, geographical location, etc.

Assist in creating dashboards to display data provided by various teams within Operations.

Assist in creating reports based on data pulled from database, provided manually, or a combination of sources.

Identify creative ways to display resulting data in easy-to-understand or fresh ways.

Identify trends or data points that the business units could produce to help paint a picture to management or external clients.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Graduate or undergraduate student at an accredited University majoring in marketing, data analysis

Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Prior experience with Tableau, Business Objects or SQL preferred

Demonstrated accurate and thorough research capability

Demonstrated ability to write clearly and informatively; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information; meets set deadlines

Availability to work between 40 hours per week during the summer.
