Integration Analyst will be a member of the team that leads the implementation of software solutions that exchange data between our Customers’ system and their trading partners’ systems (B2B) as well as between our Customers’ disparate systems (A2A). The Integration
Analysts primarily implements integration software services on Liaison’s cloud-based platform, ALLOY, but where appropriate also deploys custom components and scripts to a Customer’s cloud based application to facilitate real-time integration. The ability
to quickly learn a customer’s business processes, how those processes are implemented in their systems, and how to customize their cloud based systems to facilitate data integration solutions is a critical responsibility of this position. The Integration Analyst
will be committed to maintaining the highest degree of client satisfaction with every Liaison customer and trading partner.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from customer stakeholders including business users and IT teams

• Negotiate and document detailed functional specifications

• Architect technical designs including components implemented in Liaison’s integration platform as well as customizations deployed to a customer’s cloud based application.

• Develop and test software components

• Customer facing role for on-boarding, testing, troubleshooting, and promoting customer connections with trading partners

• Provide task and overall project status to customers

• Proactive account assistance

• Recognize common requirements and implement re-usable code modules and procedures to improve the team’s efficiency and productivity.

• Attain detailed knowledge of cloud based systems commonly used by our customers, and partner with the vendors of those systems to build certified integration solutions for their applications.

• Assist Liaison Support to diagnose production issues after production go-live

• Any additional responsibilities or tasks that management deems appropriate as the role evolves

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field

• 0 – 2 years’ experience in Technical Field or Role

• Must have passion for code and technology.

• Coding experience in Object Oriented, Functional or scripting language. (C#, C++, JAVA, Javascript, etc…)

• Must be a self-starter, team player, result driven, motivated and high energy.

• Exceptional listening and communication skills

• Proven ability to learn independently.

Desired

• Open Source experience or participation.

• Development or Technology community participation (local user groups, code camps, etc…)

• Any customer facing experience.

• Any experience with Data, or Databases.

• Experience with various protocols (FTP, AS2, HTTP, SMTP)

• Experience with Windows and Unix environments

• Knowledge of SOAP and REST web based services as well as Java scripting

• Knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and common XML standards (XCBL, CXML, OAGIS) a plus
