Job Description :

The Raytheon Mobile Range® team, based in Albuquerque, NM, are leaders in mobile flight test support, precision RF tracking sensors, systems, and solutions, precision multi-spectral optical tracking systems, satellite systems support and tracking, complex system integration, software and automation, and document production supporting all program phases from concept development through to operational support and fielding exercises. Key growth opportunities within the team include engineering and management positions associated with new major program awards associated with complex system of systems integration and multi-spectral optical programs.

The Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead is responsible to the ARTIS Program Manager for IPT leadership and execution of all development and sustaining engineering activities on the ARTIS Program within the assigned IPT structure. Activities include management of engineering resources in support of the ARTIS program, financial management responsibility, and technical direction guiding a team of engineers to meet program objectives. The position requires extensive interaction with the ARTIS program team and US Army customer community. It includes CAM responsibility, and requires a strong focus on technical execution.

Requirements

· Currently have an existing Secret clearance.

· Demonstrated IPT lead experience in complex programs

· 6+ years DoD experience in engineering, Program Management, and / or appropriate functional experience in directly supporting program objectives.

· Experience leading diverse teams of engineers, technicians, and scientists across broad areas of expertise

· Self-starter requiring minimal direction, able to drive daily workflow based upon contract and customer requirements, Work Break Down Structure (WBS), and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

· Experience with IPDS and program development lifecycle

· Strong customer interface, teaming, and communication skills

· Occasional travel may be required

Desired Skills

· Multi-functional stretch assignment(s) with broad perspectives of cross-functional responsibilities

· Proposal development experience

· Current EVMS Certification

· Program Management Certification Level 6

· Working knowledge of ITAR

· Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with leaders and employees.

· Experience working in multiple functional areas

Required Education :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Mathematics
