Inside Sales Representative – Pharmaceutical

WHAT WE NEED:
As a virtual Inside Sales Representative for IAC, you will have an exciting opportunity to grow the business of one of our many well-known pharmaceutical clients, right from the comfort of your own home. Your goal will be to win new opportunities through outbound B2B sales calls, which will allow you to utilize your strong relationship building skills, as well as your confident and engaging personality.

You would be responsible for cultivating a robust sales pipeline, managing a full cycle sales process and increasing customer demand for our clients’ products. This is not a call center or a telemarketing position, but you will be responsible for working a database that is heavily weighted in prospects, so the love of cold calling and the “thrill of the close” is a must to join our team. We are seeking brand ambassadors, with strong sales skills, to impact our client’s growth in a positive way.

As a full-time employee of IAC, you will also be eligible for a robust rewards package including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO, paid holidays AND a base salary plus commission potential (overall earnings average in mid-$40’s including commissions). We supply you all the equipment you need to set up your home office- including laptop with necessary software, phone and headset allowing you to avoid the time, money and stress associated with a daily commute!

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • An inside B2B sales background in pharmaceuticals, preferably prior full cycle phone sales experience- in other words you can hunt and close over the phone
  • Tenacious attitude- a strong drive to win and profound eagerness to deliver excellent results
  • Experience working with different channels of distribution is strongly preferred
  • Very strong technical skills- as a virtual organization we stay highly connected using technology, therefore you must be able to pick up new software and systems quickly and easily
  • The virtual work world can be challenging, so prior experience working from a home office is preferred. If you do not have prior work from home experience, you must possess a strong ability to self-manage and communicate effectively
  • A dedicated home office space free from distraction from which you can work eight hour days five days a week
