Inside Sales Account Manager

Neopost USA has an immediate opening in the Milford, CT area for a Loyalty Account Manager. (Inside B2B Sales, No nights, No weekends) As a Loyalty Account Manager, you will enjoy a base salary plus commissions with projected annual earnings of between $70,000 and $105,000 per year, full benefit plan, matching 401k program, tuition reimbursement and training program. General Summary:

• Base + Commissions with On Target Earnings Over $70K
• Guaranteed Commissions During the First 2 Months
• You will call on our existing customer base who has about 95% satisfaction rate with current services
• B2B Professional Sales Environment, low turnover

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• The Account Manager Representative’s responsibilities include taking a proactive approach to maintaining our customer base
• Initiate and generate calls, assigned by the supervisor
• Directly interface with internal and external customers to generate interest for rental and lease renewals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED, Associates Degree, preferred
• One to two years of customer service in addition to previous telemarketing or inside sales experience
• Must have strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Basic Excel spreadsheet skills
• Knowledge of Order Entry processes and procedures
