Inside Sales Account Manager

*Position: *This is a M-F position, no weekends, 8-5, base salary+ commission.Required:

* 12 months of sales experience

* High School Diploma/GED

* 2 years of work experience

* Working knowledge of computer systems

* Professional and effective communication skills, especially via phone

* Strong listening and presentation skills

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

* Track record of exceeding goals

* Great work ethic

* Doesn’t take “No” for an answer

* Can handle rejection on a regular basis

* Motivated by money

Preferred:

* 2-3 + years sales experience

* Ex-military strongly encouraged to apply

*Pay: *

The position is classified as full time benefit eligible with an initial base, leading to commission based pay. Typical 1st year income is $60-$80K and $80-$100K the second year. Top performers earn $140-$180K annually.
