Key Responsibilities:

Stock Associate Roles and Responsibilities

• Stockroom fulfillment/ Inventory associate is responsible for the flow of merchandise from a central point of delivery to the retail sales floor.
• Responsible for receiving, unpacking, processing, organizing, storing, packaging and labeling merchandise.
• Work under the store manager’s guide for accurate, efficient and timely fulfillment of receiving, stocking the retail floor with merchandises and visual displays.
• Ensure that products are visually appealing, easily accessible, and constantly available.
• Inventory associate will enhance the brand image of both the products and the store, and positively impact the customer experience.
• Assist with cleaning /deep cleaning programs to ensure store cleanliness
• Maintain, organize, and modify as needed .

Knowledge, experience, skills required

• Computer knowledge (Word/Excel)
• 1 year in retail/service industry preferred
• Good organization and planning skills
• Ability to work overnight

Minimum Education Level

• High School graduate

Requirements of the Job

• Ability to clearly communicate with store team
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and bend and stretch to stock shelves
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days/nights/hours as well as shipment process and recovery shifts, 24/7, when needed
• Consistent and reliable attendance
