Support controlling business requirement to assign detailed original actual costs incurred from manufacturing and purchasing process flows to didicated work packages as work order is finished

Support the implementation of new ERP system, particularly on the manufacturing and purchasing costs reallocation program

Mission & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the cost reallocation program:

Is the Key User for ERP GSI

Perform the tests before implementation or update

Liaise with Work Package Owners, Work package controllers and Manufacturing to ensure proper use of the system

Put KPIs in place to ensure the right implementation and follow up the compliance with the solution

Ensure the management and quality of the reports provided to project controllers (automatic check of the balance after reallocation of cost incurred to Work Packages)

Train the users. Ensure that the solution is well understood by all the Finance and non Finance stakeholders

Perform all the checks to secure the process

Work closely and day to day with Manufacturing department: check hours are validated by EPU Managers in MES and Alista for transfer in GSI. Put in place the proper reporting to ensure the good pitoting of the tasks between Operations and Finance. Lead the animation of the activity piloting

Set up the list of all the checks to be performed and ensure that each stakeholder is performing properly the tasks to have good quality of datas in the system

Candidate requirements

Educational Requirements

Technical and Finance education with a good knowledge of systems (SAP)

English read, written, spoken.

Desired Knowledge / Experience

Manufacturing/Industrial and systems management background with 3 years’ experience preferably in the industry.

Basic knowledge of Supply Chain

Strong Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Cost controlling

Familiar with IS common tools
