Inbound Customer Service Representative

Basic knowledge of web navigation

Primary responsibilities include:
Answers inbound calls and accurately takes all order information. Answers questions regarding client products and services or directs customer calls as needed.

Recommends add-ons/upgrades to every customer who places an order. Uses established sales and service techniques to maximize every order and ensure customer satisfaction.

Answers customer care inquiry calls.

Performs other duties and special projects as required.

Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality.

Preferred experience/knowledge:
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

One to two years of customer service experience preferred.
