Inbound Customer Service – $15 an hour Full-Time

Job Details:
Answers inbound call from customer needing assistance with opening a claim.

Provide an excellent first impression with that first initial call.

Opens dispatch ticket in system.

Help keep call wait times low for customers by being available and ready to assist with in-bound call volumes.

Helps answer any initial questions that customers may have in their first call.

Enters notes into customers claim from first call.

Shift: Monday – Friday 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM, available to work one Saturday per month.

Requirements :
1 year recent inbound call center experience

High School Diploma

Negative result on pre-employment drug screen

Favorable background results

Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard

Friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to provide quality customer service via telephone

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook

35 WPM typing speed
