Inbound Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Provide professional over-the-phone representation for CMS clientele. Inbound CSRs receive inbound customer service and emergency service calls from a variety of clients. CSRs are expected to demonstrate superior customer service while following precise client instructions. Meet all call goals as noted in account. Common account goals include providing caller client information and/or accurately obtaining information from the caller to create a clear and professional message.

There is absolutely NO telemarketing, collections, or cold-calling services.

Job Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service to every caller ?
  • Assist callers with needs within the limitation of account parameters ?
  • Escalate irate callers/clients to Supervision ?
  • Fully comply with requirements of internal QA (Quality Assurance) program

Wage

$12.00-$13.00 hourly

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type 45 wpm (proven by a typing test, adjusted for errors)
  • Familiarity with computers
  • Work 40 hours per week
  • Schedule must include both weekend days from Thursday – Monday
  • Employer conducts background check
  • Ability to meet physical job requirements (90% of shift confined to work station)
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check successfully.
