Imaging Specialist

The Albertsons Companies are growing! The Imaging Department team has a Full Time opportunity for an Imaging Specialist.

We are located at the National Services Center in North Phoenix, AZ.

Position Purpose:

The Image Specialist is responsible for reviewing, scanning, and indexing company documents, file, and contracts shipped to the centralized imaging center. They also match various department documents to one of multiple imaging databases and work with stakeholders to ensure accurate indexing, quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prep, scan and index all documents shipped to the imaging center.

• Ensure all documents contain required contents prior to indexing to appropriate database.

• Communicate clearly with various company employees to resolve issues with documents that do not meet certain standards or contain required contents.

• Handle highly confidential company and employee information with the highest levels of discretion.

Qualifications:

• Be able to lift 40-50 pounds

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED preferred.

• Minimum 3 years computer experience.

• Computer proficient in Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

• Experience in Microsoft Access or other database experience highly preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

• Excellent analytical skills and detail-orientation.

• Able to multi-task and meet project deadlines.

• Kofax Image Software preferred.

• IBM Content Manager preferred.

• Worker’s Compensation experience preferred.

• May require extensive periods of time working on a computer as well as extensive periods of standing.
