IIB/WMQ Developer

Must Have Skills (Top 3 skills only)

1 At least 4 years of experience with IBM Integration Bus with extensive knowledge on Project life cycle activities of development and maintenance projects

2 Good knowledge and hands on experience in IBM App Connect

3 At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)

1 Well versed in error handling, testing, logging, monitoring, performance tuning, and security maintenance of services in IBM Integration Bus and IBM App Connect while collecting various metrics for health checks and automate wherever possible

2 Experience on working in both real time and batch related interfaces.

1 Actively facilitate complex design and technical discussions, reconciling differing opinions and drives decision making process.

2 Recommend solutions and develop business case alternatives which anticipate the future direction of the business, its drivers and technology strategy

3 Adhere to enterprise architecture strategies, principals, standards, policies and procedures. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment with diverse/ multiple stakeholder environments
