Qualifications:
Overall 7-8 years of IT Experience

Must have three (3) years of experience with each of the following: 1) Guardium suite of tools; 2) Team leadership experience; 3) Disaster recovery; 4) Capacity planning; and 5) System design lifecycle.

IBM Certified Specialist, InfoSphere Guardium (Preferred)

Familiarity with Big Data security issues on least two platform such as Hadoop, Teradata, DB2, Cassandra, Informix etc.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
Configure and deploy IBM Guardium to ensure collectors/aggregators, load balancers, software TAP agent (S-TAP), Guardium Installation Manager (GIM), and Change Audit System (CAS) are properly installed.

Provide continuous support for trouble shooting and maintenance of Guardium deployments. Run, test, and validate Guardium configuration settings and fully document technical and procedural requirements.

Ensure successful data activity monitoring implementation that supports critical business applications for the enterprise

Responsible for capacity planning and System design lifecycle.

Advise engineering strategy to propose alternative courses of action for Guardium deployment iterations.

Refine Guardium data activity monitoring processes, protocols, and automation methods by working with the technical leads on Service Delivery teams to communicate technical designs and resolve implementation details for all network, server, storage and software components.
